Your first visit

Walk-in or booked, it goes the same way.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Book your visit

Walk in at an open hour, or book a private room online and pick your threader. Booking a room is the only way to hold a time.

    • Walk-ins sit in the next open room or chair

    • A room holds up to you and two guests

  2. 02

    Step 2: When you arrive

Come to the desk and give your name. A booked room is ready at your time, and a walk-in is called in turn.

    • Walk-ins end 30 minutes before close

    • Ask for a threader by name

  3. 03

    Step 3: What to expect

Your threader asks the shape you want and shows you the line in a mirror. Threading is cotton thread only, one hair line at a time, and you can stop whenever you say.

    • Eyebrows take about 15 minutes

    • No wax and no product on your skin

  4. 04

    Step 4: Afterward

You leave with the shape you agreed on. If something looks off, tell us within a few days and we will adjust it at your next visit.

    • Skin can look pink for a short while

    • Call your doctor if burning or swelling lingers
