The rules, in full
The same for every client, in the same words, before you sit down.
Booking and deposits
Walk in at any open hour, or book a private room online. We take no deposit. A booked time is held for 10 minutes.
Canceling and running late
Tell us at least 2 hours ahead and we will move your room to another time. If you are running late, call: we hold the room for 10 minutes and then it opens to walk-ins.
If you miss an appointment
We make a note and keep your next booking open. After two missed bookings in a row, we ask you to walk in until you have kept one.
Children and companions
Children can wait with an adult in the front room. Anyone 12 and older can be threaded, and a parent or guardian stays in the room until the age of 18.
Patch tests and allergies
Threading uses cotton thread only, with no wax and no product on the skin, so there is no patch test. Tell your threader before you start if you use a prescription retinoid or have had a peel or laser in the past week. We will skip that area or ask you to come back.
If you're not happy
Tell us within a few days and we will make it right at your next visit.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. They go to the threader who did your service, in cash or on a card.
Before your visit
Come as you are. Skin and brows can be bare or made up, and a photo of the shape you like helps. Tell your threader if you would rather talk through the shape first.
