How pricing works
This site prints no prices. It does say what sets them, and where they show.
What decides the price
The area, the time it takes and the room you pick set the price of a visit. Every service on the menu shows its time, and the price shows on the booking page before you confirm. At the desk, a walk-in sees the same prices.
What the consultation covers
There is no separate consultation. Your threader asks what shape you want before the first pull, shows you the line in a mirror, and starts only when you agree.
Deposits
We take no deposit, for a walk-in or for a booked private room. A booked time is held for 10 minutes.
Canceling or running late
Tell us at least 2 hours ahead and we will move a booked room to another time. Running late, call us: we hold the room for 10 minutes, and then it opens to walk-ins.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Add another area when you sit down, and your threader tells you the added time before starting. A friend can share the room, two guests at most.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. They go to the threader who did your service, in cash or on a card.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card is for any amount and works for any service, walk-in or booked.
